Maar als Dr. Conners tijdens een experiment verandert in een groot en kwaadaardig wezen, genaamd The Lizard, weet Peter wat hem te doen staat; hij zal als zijn alter-ego Spider-Man al zijn krachten moeten aanroepen om dit monster te kunnen verslaan.
